သင္ အသံုးခ်ႏိုင္သေလာက္ အသံုးက်မယ့္ Google Drive

ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ နည္းပညာ နယ္ပယ္ကို အဓိက ဦးေဆာင္ေနသူမ်ား ျဖစ္ၾကတဲ့ Apple, Google နဲ႔ Microsoft တို႔ဟာ သူတို႔ရဲ႔ customers မ်ားကို အျမဲတေစ ဆြဲေဆာင္ သိမ္းသြင္းထား ႏိုင္ဖို႔အတြက္ မိမိတို႔ရဲ႔ services မ်ားကို ေကာင္းသထက္ ေကာင္းေအာင္ အျပင္းအထန္ ယွဥ္ျပိဳင္ ၾကိဳးစားခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။ အဲဒီ ၾကိဳးစားမွဳေတြရဲ႔ ရလာဒ္အျဖစ္ April 24, 2012 မွာ ထြက္ေပၚလာခဲ့တာကေတာ့ Google ရဲ႔ cloud-based service ကို အေျခခံထားတဲ့ Google Drive ပါပဲ။

          Google ရဲ႔ support အသစ္တစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့ Google Drive ဟာ သူ႔ရဲ႔ သံုးစြဲသူေတြကို ယခင္ကထက္ ပိုမိုလြယ္ကူ ျမန္ဆန္တဲ့ online files sharing စနစ္တစ္ခု ပံ့ပိုးေပးႏိုင္ဖို႔ အဓိက ရည္ရြယ္ခဲ့တာပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ Google ဟာ သူ႔ရဲ႔ သံုးစြဲသူေတြကို ထပ္မံဆြဲေဆာင္တဲ့ အေနနဲ႔ သံုးစြဲသူေတြအတြက္ အဓိက လိုအပ္ႏိုင္မယ့္ Documents, Presentations, Spreadsheets နဲ႔ အျခား features မ်ားကို အလြယ္တကူ လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ေစဖို႔လဲ online office suits ေတြကို Google Drive မွာ ေပါင္းစပ္ ထည့္သြင္း ေပးထားခဲ့ပါတယ္။

          Gmail account တစ္ခုရွိသူတိုင္း ရယူသံုးစြဲႏိုင္တဲ့ Google Drive ဟာ သံုးစြဲသူေတြကို online cloud storage 5 GB အထိ အခမဲ့ သံုးစြဲခြင့္ျပဳပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ထပ္ လိုခ်င္ေသးတယ္ ဆိုယင္ေတာ့ 25GB ကို တစ္လ USD 2.49 နဲ႔ ထပ္တိုးျပီး အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ Google ရဲ႔ Google Drive နဲ႔ အတူ ပြဲထုတ္လာတာေတြကေတာ့


File Sharing

          Google Drive ကို install လုပ္ျပီးယင္ Google Drive ဟာ သံုးစြဲသူရဲ႔ စက္ထဲက Hard Disk အေပၚမွာ folder တစ္ခုအေနနဲ႔ ရွိေနမွာ ျဖစ္ျပီး ကိုယ့္ရဲ႔ data ေတြကို online မွာ သိမ္းဆည္းထားဖို႔အတြက္ သာမန္ copy, paste processes ေတြမ်ိဳးေလာက္သာ လုပ္ဖို႔ လိုပါတယ္။ Syn ကို သာမန္အားျဖင့္ Google က တာဝန္ယူျပီး automatic process အေနနဲ႔ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးပါတယ္။ Google ရဲ႔ Syn process ဟာ Gmail attachment လုပ္တာထက္စာယင္ သိသိသာသာ ျမန္ဆန္မွာျဖစ္ျပီး Google Drive ေပၚမွာရွိတဲ့ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႔ data ေတြကို email address တစ္ခုရွိတဲ့ မည္သူ႔ဆီကိုမဆို share လုပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

          စိတ္ဝင္စားစရာ ေကာင္းတဲ့ တစ္ခ်က္ကေတာ့ Google ဟာ Gmail attachment ကို ယခင္က 25 MB အထိသာ ခြင့္ျပဳခဲ့ေပမယ့္ Google Drive မွာေတာ့ 10 GB အထိ ခြင့္ျပဳထားတာမို႔ အဆ 400 ပိုျပီး ခြင့္ျပဳေပးခဲ့ျခင္းပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အားလံုးကို အံ့အားသင့္ေစခဲ့တာကေတာ့ Google Drive ထဲက files ေတြကို mobile devices ေတြကေန Chrome (သို႔) Mozilla လိုဟာမ်ိဳးသံုးျပီး access လုပ္လို႔ ရေပမယ့္ Gmail attachments အျဖစ္ အခုအခ်ိန္အထိ လုပ္လို႔မရႏိုင္ေသးတဲ့ အခ်က္ပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။


Docs, Sheets and Slides

          Google က သူ႔ရဲ႔ သံုးစြဲသူေတြအတြက္ real-time data ေတြကို online documents ေတြအျဖစ္ အခ်ိန္နဲ႔ တေျပးညီ အသံုးျပဳ ျဖန္႔ေဝႏိုင္ေစဖို႔ Google Docs ေတြလို႔ အမ်ားက သိၾကတဲ့ Word processor, Spread sheets နဲ႔ Presentation slides online apps ေတြကို free office suits သေဘာမ်ိဳး Google Drive မွာ ထည့္သြင္းေပးခဲ့တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Google Drive ကို အသံုးျပဳတဲ့ မည္သူမဆို ေရာက္တဲ့ေနရာက ေတြ႔တဲ့ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာနဲ႔ ဒီ apps ေတြကို အသံုးခ်ျပီး ကိုယ့္ရဲ႔ data ေတြကို အလြယ္တကူ သိမ္းဆည္းထားႏိုင္၊ အျခားသူမ်ားဆီကို ေပးပို႔ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။


၁။ Google Doc

        Google doc ဟာ online word processing app တစ္ခုျဖစ္ျပီး word processing တစ္ခုမွာ အဓိက လိုအပ္တဲ့ လုပ္ေဆာင္မွဳမ်ား ပါဝင္ပါတယ္။ Google docs မွာ

-       Word document တစ္ခုကို upload လုပ္ႏိုင္ျပီး Google document အျဖစ္ ေျပာင္းလဲႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Online ေပၚက အျခား တစ္ေယာက္ကို ဖိတ္ေခၚျပီး သူနဲ႔အတူ edit လုပ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ feature ပါတဲ့အတြက္ document အတြင္းမွာပဲ online chatting လုပ္ႏိုင္ပါေသးတယ္။

-       ကိုယ့္ရဲ႔ document ကို အျခားသူ တစ္ေယာက္ကို ဝင္ၾကည့္ခြင့္၊ comment ေရးခြင့္ ျပဳႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Google document ကို edit လုပ္ခဲ့သမွ် revision history မွာ ဝင္ၾကည့္ျပီး edit မလုပ္ခင္က အေျခအေနကို အခ်ိန္မေရြး roll back  ျပန္လုပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Google document တစ္ခုကို RTF, PDF, HTML ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Zip file ေတြအျဖစ္ download လုပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Language တစ္ခုကေန အျခား language ကို translate လုပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Email attachment အျဖစ္ တြဲပို႕ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။


၂။ Google Sheet

        အျခား spread sheet app ေတြလိုပဲ spread sheet တစ္ခုမွာ လိုအပ္တဲ့ လုပ္ေဆာင္မွဳေတြ အားလံုးပါဝင္ျပီး Google Doc မွာ ပါဝင္တဲ့ online features ေတြ ပါပါတယ္။

-       Excel ရဲ႔ .txt, .csv နဲ႔ .osd အမ်ိဳးအစား files ေတြကို Google sheet အျဖစ္ import လုပ္ႏိုင္သလို Google sheet ကေနလဲ Excel ကို ျပန္ျပီး export လုပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Google sheet ကေန PDF နဲ႔ HTML ေတြအျဖစ္လဲ ေျပာင္းႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Excel မွာလိုပဲ formula editing လဲ လုပ္ႏိုင္တဲ့အျပင္ chart ေတြလဲ ထုတ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Google doc မွာလိုပဲ အျခားတစ္ေယာက္နဲ႔ online မွာ အတူတကြ editing လုပ္ႏိုင္သလို edit လုပ္ေနယင္းနဲ႔ sheet ထဲမွာတင္ online chatting လုပ္ႏိုင္ပါေသးတယ္။

-       Google sheet ကို web site (သို႔) blog ေတြမွာ embedded လုပ္ျပီး သံုးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။


၃။ Google Slides

        Online presentation app တစ္ခု ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Google slides ကို အသံုးျပဳမယ္ ဆိုယင္ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႔ presentation file ကို ေနရာတကာ ယူေဆာင္သြားစရာ မလိုအပ္ေတာ့ပါဘူး။ Internet conn ရတဲ့ ဘယ္လိုစက္မ်ိဳးမွာမဆို Google Drive ကို support လုပ္တဲ့ browser တစ္ခုရွိတာနဲ႔တင္ အဆင္ေျပပါတယ္။

-       Google Docs နဲ႔ Google Sheets ေတြလိုပဲ online မွာ အျခားသူေတြနဲ႔ real time အတူတကြ presentation slides ေတြကို ျပင္ဆင္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Presentation slides ေတြထဲမွာ images နဲ႔ videos ေတြကို ထည့္သြင္းႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Powerpoints files ေတြျဖစ္တဲ့ .pptx နဲ႔ .pps files ေတြကို Google presentation အျဖစ္ ေျပာင္းလဲႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Google presentation files ေတြကို .pdf, .ppt နဲ႔ .txt files ေတြ အျဖစ္ download လုပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

-       Google presentation ကို web site (သို႔) blog ေတြမွာ embedded လုပ္ျပီး သံုးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
